I painted this from a photo I got from Paint my photo, online. It is a really wonderful site where people from all over the world donate photos, copyright free.
I am going to put a dark red orange frame on this for a Christmas gift.

The Wise Pig
My mother gave me this used and abused metal bank so many years ago. She has now gone to be with Jesus and I miss her. When I look at this pig, I remember the love she gave it to me with, and then I smile. I love you mom!!!

This is my niece's kitty. She is a princess so a crown is appropriate. 7"in diameter plate painted with "Glossies" glass paint. I attached a clip to the back for hanging using e6000. It is the best glue that will not fail. I tried hot glue and lost one of my favorite plates!!!

Little 6" in diameter plate is done with Glossies glass paint.  This little pup reminds me off Jar Jar Binks in the Star wars movies.  I could be wrong! A clip is attached to the plate for hanging.

More dogs!!! Can't get enough of them!!!  It is always tricky to paint someone else's dog because it has to be perfect in likeness. I think it is pretty close so I am happy!

This was so fun to paint. The fur on the Labradoodle was a first for me. A challenging experience that grew me!

This is Madaline, the daughter of a friend. She is a the apple of her parents eyes!!! I hope I captured her inquisitive personality. She is intense!!!!  8" x 8" oil on 3/4 deep cradled birch panel
My plate is about 6" in diameter. I painted this little guy with a special glass paint called  Glossies. After you paint your subject, you bake the plate in the oven and then it become impossible to get off. It is dishwasher safe, too. I have attached a hook to the back for hanging on a wall!
